Eligibility Criteria for Wuhan University of Technology CSC Scholarship 2024:
- The applicants must be international students (non-Chinese).
- The applicant should be physically fit to apply for the Wuhan University scholarship (WUT Scholarship).
- Applicants applying for the master’s program shall be under 35 years old.
- Applicants applying for doctoral program scholarships shall be at most 40 years old.
- Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in order to apply for the master’s program.
- Applicants must have a bachelor’s and master’s degree to apply for the doctorate program.
- Furthermore, applicants applying for Chinese-medium majors should submit an HSK certificate (level four).
- Applicants applying for English-taught courses should provide TOEFL (80 at least), IELTS (6), or proof of studying in English from a previous university (oral or written English test will be conducted by Wuhan University).
- Applicants receiving the WUT Scholarship shall not receive other awards or financial aid.

- Study/research plan in English or Chinese (800 words).
- Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
- Scanned copy of passport (at least one-year validity).
- Photocopy of foreign physical examination form.
- A valid English proficiency certificate for English-taught programs and an HSK certificate if selecting a Chinese-taught program. Students who have previously studied at a university where the teaching language was English do not need an IELTS/TOEFL certificate. However, they are required to take a written and oral test at Wuhan University.
- Acceptance letter from a professor of Wuhan University of Technology (if available).
- Non-criminal activity certificate or Police clearance certificate.
