The ANSO-CAS-TWAS/UNESCO PhD Scholarship in China 2024 is calling for applications! This PhD scholarship in China is the result of an agreement between the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the Alliance of International Science Organizations (ANSO), and The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS/UNESCO). Up to 50 students/scholars will be funded from these countries to receive the scholarship for PhD students. This scholarship includes doctoral degree programs in China, with a duration of up to four years. A notable sub-category of the ANSO Scholarship is the ANSO-CAS-TWAS/UNESCO PhD Scholarship. For this, particular attention is given to Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and women. Similarly, TWAS/UNESCO will select up to 50 PhD students annually from developing countries in the South.

In addition, as the main founding member of ANSO, CAS assumes a central role as the primary sponsor of the ANSO Scholarship 2024.
