Eligibility Criteria for Finland Government Scholarships 2024:

  • International students from any non-EU/EEA country are eligible to apply.
  • For the Bachelor’s program, applicants must have school-leaving certificates that qualify them for higher education in their home country.
  • Even if applicants have prior higher education experience, upper secondary school certificates are often required.
  • To be eligible for Master’s level admissions, applicants should hold a university-level bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • For Master’s programs at Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS), an additional requirement is typically at least two years of work experience in the field after completing the Bachelor’s degree.
