Here are the eligibility criteria for the Khazar University Scholarships.

• Students from all nationalities can apply.
• The scholarship is available for the Bachelor’s, Master and Ph.D. programs at the university.
• For a Master’s application, you must have a transcript of a previous degree.
• For a Ph.D. application, you must have a Master’s degree.
• Demonstrate academic talent and highly motivated to study in the chosen field at university.
• The English language certificate provided by the previous educational institute or the International English language test IELTS/TOFEL is required.
• Applicants must also meet the university admission requirements.
