Eligibility Criteria of Maastricht University Scholarship 2024:
- All applicants must be under 35 years of age as of 1 September 2024.
- Applicants must possess citizenship in a non-EU/EEA country, Switzerland, or Surinam and meet the prerequisites for getting an entry visa and residency into the Netherlands.
- Applicants should not hold dual nationality from an EU/EEA country.
- They must have applied for admission to a full-time master’s program at Maastricht University (participating programs will be indicated in October 2023) for the academic year 2024-2025.
- Furthermore, applicants must satisfy the specific admission prerequisites of the respective UM master’s program to which they have applied.
- They must not have previously enrolled in a degree-seeking higher education program in the Netherlands. Applicants who have engaged in exchange programs in the Netherlands are eligible to apply.
- Moreover, applicants should have outstanding academic results in previous education programs supported by their latest grade transcript or verified through official documentation of academic excellence.
