- 1 picture (3cm * 4cm）
- The highest level of education (Documents written in languages other than English or Chinese must have notarized translations in English or Chinese).
- Academic transcripts in languages other than English or Chinese must be sent along with notarized translations.
- A research or study plan must be submitted in Chinese or English (no less than 1000 words).
- Two letters of recommendation in English or Chinese from the professors or associate professors from the applicant’s former university.
- The copy of the foreigner physical examination form and the blood test report must be original and written in English.
- Copy of Passport photo page and a blank visa page (more than six months).
- Language Proficiency certificates. Check the Language requirements on the official website.
- IELTS: 5.5, TOEFL minimum score 80
- Applicants who used English as the language of instruction in their previous education must submit an English Language Proficiency Certificate issued by their previous educational institutions.
- Applicants from countries where English is the primary language are not required to take an English test.

- Applicants living in China must submit a scanned copy of their Visa.
