Eligibility Criteria of the MTCP Scholarship Program in Malaysia 2023:
- Applicants must be from a developing country recognized by the Malaysian government.
- They must be at most 45 years old.
- Applicants must possess excellent academic credentials and meet the chosen course or program requirements.
