Eligibility Criteria of the MTCP Scholarship Program in Malaysia 2023:

  • Applicants must be from a developing country recognized by the Malaysian government.
  • They must be at most 45 years old.
  • Applicants must possess excellent academic credentials and meet the chosen course or program requirements.
  • Furthermore, those already admitted to a public or private Malaysian university are eligible for the scholarships.
  • Moreover, they must give proof of English Proficiency, i.e. IELTS, or they can submit a certificate of English Proficiency from their institute.

  • Latest Admission Offer Letter from Malaysian Universities for academic intake 2023.
  • Letter of Recommendation from two referees.
  • Statement of Intent.
  • A certified copy of the Academic Transcript.
  • Record of all the courses taken throughout the degree program must be demonstrated in the transcripts.
  • Applicants must submit transcripts of undergraduate studies.
  • Applicants must submit an official document issued by the applicant’s alma mater describing the university’s grade system.
  • The documents must be certified if an applicant’s transcript does not include CGPA, marks, or percentile score information.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • A certified copy of the English Language Proficiency test result (TOEFL/ IELTS/ PTE/ CAE/ CPE/ MUET/ equivalent qualification) or an official letter from the previous institution declaring English as the medium of instruction used for the obtained degree.
