About the Victoria University scholarship

Applications are invited to apply for the Victoria University of Wellington Scholarship 2022 in New Zealand. All international students from around the world are eligible to apply for the Tongarewa Scholarship at Victoria University of Wellington. Students who wish to study in New Zealand for their Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees are encouraged to apply. The scholarship is available for the academic session 2022-2023.

A student with an excellent educational background who is enrolled in a first year of undergraduate or postgraduate degree entry can apply for the award. 10 NZD 10,000 scholarships are for undergraduate and master’s students and 9 NZD 5,000 scholarships are for a master’s degree only. It also awards 110 doctoral degrees to students each year at a value of $27,500 annually in addition to tuition fees. The scholarship is available for tuition fees once the candidate enters the university.

The Victoria University of Wellington Scholarship 2022 for international students will award NZD 10,000 to undergraduate and masters students. These are 10 awards 9 awards worth NZ$5,000 will be awarded to candidates for a master’s degree only. The duration of the scholarship is one year. 110 PhD student awards worth $27,500 will be awarded annually in addition to tuition fees.
